With those globes she should be leaning forward!
Those definitely look fake and grotesque!
While they may be grotesque, they definitely are not fake; if they were fake they would stand straight out.
Joe I don't think any woman with such a petite narrow frame would have breasts that big. And besides which, with breasts that large (whether they're fake or real) there would be sagging due to gravity.
Lisa, I know what you're saying, but this woman, who goes by the names "Busty Merilyn" or "Anya" is kind of an icon on internet adult sites known for being naturally well-endowed. Without getting too graphic or technical, yes, there are women with fake breasts that large which do "sag" as a result of gravity, but those breasts, at the bottom, near the nipple area, are nearly symetrically round (in other words, they sag to a point then become perfectly round where the implants actually are); not melon-shaped like this woman's. It is a bit difficult to tell from that angle, but, trust me, her breasts are real.
If you're really interested check out her site or just do a google search (text or image) on "busty merilyn".
For the record, I don't find breasts that large particularly attractive. I used the photo simply because it lent itself to this pictorial satire of global warming that I have going on in my never ending effort to redefine my niche in the blogoshere by going to a more R-rated, adult-oriented, eclectic magazine format. :)
