Fathers Day...Labor Day....am I missing something or is it something in the water in KiwiLand?
Vilmar
Oh what a cute picture! Was that a matching uniform that you had on or just a suit in the same color as your father's uniform?
Vimar, Sunday, Sept. 2 was Father's Day downunder.
Lisa, that was a suit that my grandparents got for me for our trip to Dad's graduation. I don't know if it was conincidence that it matched the Service "A" uniform Dad graduated in. I just remember it was cold that day!
Do you have any more pictures of you as a child with your parents?
Joe, your grandparents must have known their was a future Marine in the making.
Ditto Vilmar's question...............
I have just a handful of old photos of me
as 'a boy'and my Mom, Dad &/or Grandmother...
I cherish them dearly.
