CAIR Spotting

CAIR, the Council on American Islamic Relations, is not one of my favorite activist groups...I despise them...CAIR....If they're not trying to indoctrinate our children with 30-day muslim "immersion" courses they've lobbied through the school boards and the NEA, they've got lawyers threatening lawsuits against ISP's and web hosting providers if they don't cancel the accounts of bloggers whom CAIR feels have violated their TOS' (terms of service) policy on "objectionable" or "offensive" speech deemed "hateful" by CAIR. Now these bastards have further inveigled (via a well funded lobby effort) their way into the Bush administration by convincing the administration to:

  • make Transportation Security Administration officers and FBI agents attend CAIR "muslim sensitivity" training;
  • promote the CAIR agenda on a tax-payer funded (TSA) website;
  • allow CAIR to "weigh-in" on foreign policy decisions.
Michelle Malkin has the scoop on that. You'll notice that if you clicked on "this posting" (in the middle of Andy McCarthy's blocked quote) the page is gone; at least it was at the time I posted here.

I voted for President Bush in 2000 and 2004, not because I really thought he was such a great candidate, but rather in opposition to the offerings from the Democrat party, Al Gore and John Fucking Kerry, respectively. I belong to no political party, but I have never voted Democrat, not so much because the Republicans are so good; it's just that the Democrats are so bad. President Bush has been OK on the tax cuts and at least having the balls to actually send troops to the Middle East, albeit not allowing them to work as effectively as they could. I am disgusted with the president's failure to enforce immigration law and with this lingering kiss of islam's ass - CAIR.

Ultra-liberal J.K. Galbreath understood something that Bush apparently does not.

Galbreath was involved in formulating a Democratic candidate's campaign strategy. He could not understand the campaign manager's abhorence of offending a group that was "implacably opposed to us".

CAIR is using our own freedoms and Constitution against us. These people aren't stupid and know that no nation or group of people on earth will ever overpower the United States, thanks to the 2nd Amendment of the Bill of Rights. Instead they will attack from within, like a cancer, that once it gets hold, it will be impossible to eradicated.
