More muslim Bullshit And Media Bias, Part 1

This is part 1 which will deal with the muslim bullshit aspect. Part 2 will deal with the media bias aspect.

Most sane, rational people would agree that if a hungry person is offered a charitable food hand-out, they should take it gladly. Eat or starve. Live or die. Seems simple enough, right? Not so in Paris where

A French court ruled Tuesday that an organization with far-right links can continue offering pork soup to the homeless, rejecting police complaints that the food distribution was racist.

OK, who was refused service, and why are the police complaining?

Police banned the soup kitchen last month, arguing that the handouts discriminated against Jews and Muslims who do not eat pork on religious grounds.

Sounds like the food refused to be eaten by Jew and muslim homeless people? (I'm sure that there are a lot of Jewish homeless in Fwance (spit!). Yeah, right.) And, again, why are the police "arguing" anything? Forgive my ignorance of the finer points of Fwench law, but isn't arguing a case on behalf of the people the job of a district or city attorney - and the police just enforce existing laws? What the fuck is THAT all about?!??!! Crickets chirping...

The administrative court said the distribution was "clearly discriminatory," but could not be stopped because the organizers offered to feed anyone who asked for help.

The mayor of Paris condemned the ruling and urged the police to appeal the ruling.

"Faced by this initiative which stinks of xenophobia, I want once again to express city hall's desire to fight all forms of discrimination, racism and anti-Semitism," mayor Bertrand Delanoe said in a statement.

Again, the police; I guess they do things differently in Fwance. And nobody was refused service; they just didn't like what was being served. Talk about no good deed goes unpunished. And this mayor with that stupid fucking word, xenophobia...message to the mayor - Go fuck yourself.

The food handouts are organized by a nationalist group called Solidarity of the French (SDF). It says its "pig soup," which uses pork fat for stock, is country fare much loved by French traditionalists.

I don't see a problem here. They are trying to feed as many people as possible for the lowest cost by serving what most people will eat. I am willing to bet these SDF folks don't work on a huge budget, and if they had to start providing ethnically correct meals they may not be able to afford to feed anybody. I'd tell the fuckwit mayor that if he wants to help out in that area with some gub'mint funding, I'd open a fucking smorgassbord that catered to everybody from muslims, Jews, Hindus, Buddhists, and Christians, to atheists, agnostics, peanut-free, gluten-free, vegans, ovo-lacto-vegetarians, the lactose intolerant...where would it end? It's fucking charity, for fuck sake!!! Have people no shame asking for help and then questioning the substance or manner in which that help is provided?!?!?!?!?!

"No-one has ever been able to prove that anyone has been refused soup or clothes on the grounds of their religion or race," SDF lawyer Frederic Pichon told France Info radio after Tuesday's court decision.

And that's that. Even if the group is being cheeky or even, God forbid, mean spirited, they aren't turning anybody away. If they pass a law to make this illegal, how would they word it? "Offering with intent to discriminate?" Sounds pretty stupid? It is, and so would be the law.

This all came about because THE BLOODY POLICE (advocates for Muslim homeless, I am sure) insisted the soup kitchen was serving pork products to keep from serving ragheads.
