Here's a quick Z06 Corvette running 10.02 @ 139 mph on DOT street legal tires with a 100hp shot of laughing gas and an obvious cam (at least) upgrade. And to think these cars handle exceptionally well to boot! What's not to like?

From the stables of 10" Wide Racing here is an in-car video that takes you from start-up to shut-down, including the burn-out, and at about the 1 minute mark you can see the driver purge the nitrous system. Then hold on for a quarter mile pass in under 8 seconds at 173 mph through the traps, edging 8,000 RPM in top gear - on DOT tires limited to 10" in tread width. Yahoooo!!!
